When I click 'Start Creating' / 'Create Account', nothing happens?

By clicking "Start Creating", milkbooks.com will take you directly to the Design Studio. If you click this button and nothing happens, there could be a technical issue. Please find some troubleshooting steps below.



For technical proficiency with milkbooks.com, please note the following:

 
  • For optimum results we recommend using the following web browsers: Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; Safari (for Mac users). Please always use up to date versions of these browsers as using older versions could result in reduced functionality.
     
  • Do not use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge to create your books via the Design Studio as it is not compatible, and doing so will result in reduced functionality.
     
  • Ensure you have enabled pop-ups and ensure your computer settings are displaying the correct timezone, date and time. 
     
  • Try logging out, and clearing your cache (your internet browsers history). If you're unsure how to do this, visit: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ for assistance.
     
  • Check that you have registered with MILK Books, by logging in first. If you have not registered, please register here: https://www.milkbooks.com/register/
    If you have registered, please ensure that you have verified your email address using the link sent to your email. 

     
  • If you are trying to create an account, please ensure that you click the tick box 
     "By creating an account, I consent to MILK's Terms of use and Privacy Policy."
