Why is my Voucher Not Showing in my Basket/Account?

Is your voucher discount not showing on the "My Basket" page or the "My Vouchers" page? 

Pre-Purchase Voucher's or Gift Voucher's are not directly integrated into your MILK Account and will not show automatically on the "My Basket" page, even though they may have been purchased with the same email address and are showing on the "My Vouchers" page.

If you have purchased a voucher with an email address different to the email address you are using for your MILK Books account, the voucher will NOT show on the "My Vouchers" page - but you can still apply the code*.

*As long as the voucher hasn't expired, or does not match the Photo Book or Album you are trying to checkout. 




How To Apply Your Voucher/Promotion Code:

You can apply a voucher/promo code by entering it into the small code box at the checkout stage, after the shipping information has been entered. Once the code has been applied, the relevant discount will be deducted from the total amount - leaving any balance to pay (shipping and/or add-ons).
