My code isn't working

To pay with a voucher or promotional code simply apply the code in the field at the My Basket stage of ordering. It may take a moment or two but you will see the discount apply before proceeding to the shipping page.

If you have difficulty applying your code, please note the following:

  1. Ensure you have chosen the correct type of book for your voucher, with the correct number of pages.
  2. Ensure the code you are entering is the exactly as it appears on your voucher (with no spaces at the front).
  3. Check you have selected any additional features, which may be included in your promotional offer, such as a Designer Fabric.
  4. Check the terms of the offer. Generally, a promotional offer for a MILK Book won't be transferable to the Moleskine Photo Books range and vice versa.
  5. If your code is for 2 or more books please ensure these are included in your basket (they may be additional copies or separate projects – it's up to you). 
‚ÄčMake sure you have checked your code’s expiration date (this will be stated on the voucher confirmation email). As a common rule, pre-purchase offers purchased through are valid for 6 months from purchase, MILK or Moleskine gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and Daily Deal vouchers (such as Groupon and Living Social) are usually valid for 3 months.
