Connection Error

If you receive the connection error message "you appear to have been disconnected from our servers", your internet connection has been disrupted. This could be a wireless drop-out (which may quickly restore itself) or you may simply be unplugged, so please check your connection. Your book will refresh as soon as you reconnect. You're very unlikely to lose any content, but to keep changes up to date, remember to save your project regularly.
 

Alternatively, a "there appears to have been a connection error" message at project start-up (see below) may mean communication with our servers has been interrupted while opening your book in the Editor. If this occurs, simply exit back to the Catalog (for new projects) or My Books (for existing projects) and re-launch the Editor. In the unlikely event this problem persists, please check your firewall settings, or email help@milkbooks.com for advice.
